This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Tornik View collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit tornikview.com or contact us about the residences. It also explains the cookies and analytics we use, and the rights you have over your information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws.
Who we are
Tornik View is a residential development project operated by RFBT Limited, a company registered in London, United Kingdom (registered office: London WC2A 2JR). For the purposes of data protection law, RFBT Limited is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

What information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit one of our contact or enquiry forms, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), the type of interest you select (for example investment or stay), and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we collect limited technical and usage information through Google Analytics: pages viewed, time on the site, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate, anonymised location derived from your IP address. IP anonymisation is enabled, and analytics remain disabled until you give consent (see “Cookies” below).
Cookies and similar technologies
We keep cookies to a minimum and group them into two categories:
- Essential. Always active and required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. Your decision is stored in your browser (a value named “tv_cookie_consent”) so we do not ask again on every visit. These do not track you.
- Analytics (optional, off by default). We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-EX4WTM5R9X) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Using Google Consent Mode, analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only if you select “Accept All” in our cookie banner. If you select “Reject Non-Essential”, no analytics cookies are set.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for tornikview.com, which resets your choice.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide information about the Tornik View residences;
- To follow up with you about the interest you expressed (for example investment details or availability);
- To operate, secure and improve our website and understand which content is useful (analytics, only with consent).
We will not send you unrelated marketing without a clear basis to do so, and any such message will always include a way to opt out.
Legal basis for processing
Under the GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:
- Your consent — for analytics cookies and any optional marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract — to respond to and manage the enquiry you send us, which you initiate by contacting us.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain certain records to comply with applicable law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, acting as our processors:
- Web3Forms — processes our contact-form submissions and delivers them to our email inbox.
- Google (Google Analytics) — provides website analytics, only after you consent.
- Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
These providers process your data only on our instructions and for the purposes described here.
International data transfers
Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on recognised safeguards — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect your information.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); or your local authority in the EEA.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
